Our CIMSPA-endorsed Level 3 Exercise Referral course will provide you with the required knowledge and experience needed to become an expert GP Referral Specialist. Specifically, the qualification will impart invaluable skills, such as understanding specific medical conditions and how workout programmes can help manage and rehabilitate these patients.

There are no associated coursework or assessment deadlines, meaning you’ll be able to work on a self-paced basis, studying from the comfort of your own home. You’ll qualify via our custom-built Elearning platform, where you can access virtual modules, interactive quizzes, ebooks and insightful videos, you’ll also be required to complete a practical assessment.

Our accredited Level 3 GP Exercise Referral course is made up of a range of engaging modules spanning topics such as ‘Understanding Referral Conditions’ to ‘Instructing Exercises with GP Patients’.

Of course, this includes gaining the necessary skills and knowledge required for this job role, such as learning about conditions like hypertension, obesity, diabetes and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (to name a few). With this, you’ll learn how to design and implement workout programmes that help GP patients manage their health and wellbeing.

We recognise that all our students have different learning styles, academic backgrounds, and previous experience within the fitness industry. This is why we created our online learning option, to accommodate students from different walks of life.

Your online qualification is entirely self-paced, with no associated deadlines and free unlimited resits, you can learn around personal and professional commitments. Most students complete this course in 8 weeks, but you have up to 2 years to earn the qualification.

Requirements
